Through meadows wide
and mountains high
I’ve traveled all alone
but then I saw
you pass me by
and knew that I was home

The strength within
is shielded by
the vulnerability I’ve shown
and though at times I may seem weak
through life’s musings I’ve grown

It is not small
to be afraid
Then stand and overcome
Our deepest love seen
through the light
in forging roads is won

And as we walk
now side by side
I know that I am home
